TerraGlow is intended for personal cosmetic and wellness use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Product information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.
Always follow the product instructions. Stop using the product if you experience pain, burning, significant irritation, or another unexpected reaction. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, implanted medical device, recent surgery, significant skin sensitivity, or concerns about whether the product is appropriate for you.
Individual experiences and results may vary. We do not guarantee a particular cosmetic or wellness result.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Terra Healing may accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, payment problems, or shipping restrictions.
An order is accepted after payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order. Please review your information carefully before submitting an order because we might be unable to make changes after processing begins.
If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, or other contact information provided during checkout.

Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The amount charged will be the price shown during checkout and in your order confirmation.
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, payment, and account information. You also agree to update your information when necessary so we can process transactions and contact you regarding your order.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay all charges shown during checkout.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Terra Healing currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Insured Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot fulfill or ship an order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you and provide any options required by applicable law.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Eligibility requirements, hygiene-related restrictions, return-shipping responsibilities, damaged-item procedures, and refund-processing information are explained in the Refund and Return Policy.

The Services and their content—including trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, page designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Terra Healing, Shopify, or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Terra Healing’s names, product names, designs, logos, and slogans may not be used without prior written permission.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that allows us to offer the Services.
Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Terra Healing. Shopify is not the seller of Terra Healing products and is not responsible for product fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, or product-related claims.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free. We do not guarantee that every product will produce a particular cosmetic or wellness result.
