1. Shipping Destinations

At this time, Terra Healing ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard Shipping: Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 7–15 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your lipstick has been dispatched so you can follow its journey to your door.

3. Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping:"$5.95" or "$6.95" flat rate on all orders

4. Heat Sensitivity & Product Care
Since our lipsticks are made with high-quality ingredients, they can be sensitive to extreme heat. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure the package is brought indoors promptly upon delivery. Terra Healing is not responsible for products that melt due to being left in hot mailboxes or porches for extended periods.

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer entry errors. If a package is returned to us, a reshipping fee may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Terra Healing is not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office immediately.
